How the canteen service works

Canteen service for nursery – 1 and 2 primary classes:

For pupils in Nursery, P1 and P2, the canteen service operates on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS; they will be accompanied to the canteen by their teachers in a staggered manner from 11.05 am to 11.30 am, they will be seated at their assigned tables where they will find trays already prepared with plates, cutlery, bread and fruit (or dessert). They will be served at the table with a set menu consisting of a first course, a second course and a side dish; teachers will distribute milk to pupils who request it.

Parents are advised to provide a small snack on long days, so that they do not arrive full at the canteen.

Canteen service for classes 3 – 4 – 5 Primary:

For students in classes P3, P4 and P5 the canteen service operates on MONDAY, TUESDAY and THURSDAY; they will be accompanied to the canteen by their teachers in a staggered manner from 11.45 am to 12.10 pm and will be able to access the self service. If the arrival time is respected, each class will only have one or two in front of them at the self-service. On the tray they will be able to choose a first course, a second course, a side dish, bread, fruit (or dessert) and water.

Parents are advised to provide a small snack on long days, so that they do not arrive full at the canteen.

Pupils are asked to put their trays back in the tray trolleys after lunch; unfinished PET bottles can be taken home.

Secondary School Canteen Service:

Pupils in classes S1, S2 and S3 have 3 long days and their lunch break is from 12.10 pm to 12.55 pm.

Pupils in classes S4, S5, S6 and S7 have 4 long days and their lunch break is from 12:55 pm to 13:45 pm. On FRIDAYS the lunch break is from 12:45 pm to 13:40 pm.

Pupils go to self-service and on the tray they can choose a first course, a second course, a side dish, a fruit (or dessert), bread and water and must present their badge or QR code at the central desk to unload their meal.

At the end of the meal the tray should be placed in the tray trolleys, so that pupils arriving later find the tables clean.

Unfinished PET bottles can be taken home.
