Secondary School – Options

Secondary School : OPTIONS

The OPTIONs are reserved to pupils of the Secondary School, teachers and staff of the School.

Conditions:

  • The meals provided by the option are valid only for the current school year. It is advisable to check regularly the user’s account to follow the consumption of meals to avoid a residual credit at the end of the school year.
  • The remaining meals at the end of the school year will not be reimbursed, nor be available for the following school year.
  • The option is personal and meals cannot be used by other family members.
  • The option will be invoiced in one instalment only.

The office will send a reminder when there are 5 meals remaining in your chosen OPTION (100 and 50) so you can activate another OPTION (50 or 25) using the RENEWAL application Form.

The invoice for the new option can be issued only after the last meal  has been used up. The sum present on the renewal application form has to be PAID as soon as the form has been filled in to avoid the block of the badge due to lack of credit.

If you don’t fill in a renewal form the badge will become RECHARGEABLE by DEFAULT. Once the option has run out you will receive an e-mail confirming that the badge changed to a rechargeable specifying also the credit. From that moment on you will receive an invoice at the end of every month for the meals taken with the rechargeable badge.

We remind that:

- The first badge provided to subscribers is included in the price;

The badge has to be used for the entire student’s school career;

The badge will be presented to the cashier in order to detect their presence.

- In case of loss/breakage/wear and tear a NEW badge can be issued to a cost of (PRICES).
